CHANGEOVER START FAULT

A fault or condition is preventing ChangeOver from starting.

The following four faults/situations must be met to begin ChangeOver
1) VFD1 unit must not be faulted
2) VFD2 unit must not be faulted
3) The system can not be EStopped when ChangeOver begins.
4) The Servo Drive system must be enabled with the servo contactor energized.

The above items are required to insure that the machine will be capable of completing a ChangeOver.  The above conditions are only "Start" requirements and do NOT cancel ChangeOver if an incident related to them occurs during the format change process.
